EXCHANGE RADICAL MOMENTS!

An Inter-/Trans European Networking and Exchange Program.

"The donation is the transformative element that is defined to be the founding and the beginning of any existent culture." (Boris Nieslony)

Is it radical to believe, that any single moment can change the whole future? Or is this thought a sheer self-delusion? Do the present
and the future consist of single moments that are radical from any optional point of view, as decisive and formative for any single
following moment?

During this Networking Project and International Artist Exchange Program, new spaces shall be found and explored, new territories defined
to be conquered, including the intensive research of all phenomena that take place during this encounter/s.
The goal is, to find exactly this very moments and to single them out, that only enfold their radicalism during the exchange with any other
human being (we understand radical in this context to be: exhaustive, completely, to expand to the unlimited extreme)

Every exchange is a transformative act, transmission- and communication technique and insofar a part of the system, which deludes us into
shared and common values. This exchange is either a radical delusion with an economic goal or it can be defined as an absolute radical moment
- a gesture of donation.
This project shall additionally serve to debunk any delusions - easily to be found and predominating in the interdependent (trans-) actions
between culture creators, art reflectors and persons in institutionalized cultural facilities, to allegorize and to dis-appoint.
GLOSSAR (by Boris Nieslony) Radical Moments... ... can be very causative acts and happenings. (Coincidensions) The first "Schaschlik" ever eaten. The grip into hot catshit in any linen
cupboard.
... can be the starting point of any causative beginning (Quantum Leap). Foundations. ... can represent a causative ending. ... can be indented happenings. Openings. To set something free. ... can be strategic interferences (Vivisections onto and into the public nuisance, implosions/explosions) "Radical is any affair, any object of reflection, the exact and very moment, when named as it is." (B. Brecht) Exchange/Trade 1 - Basis and inherent in any exchange is the deception of any value. This can be dealt out via communication, which does not change the
deceptive character of any delusion. The temporarily "productive" is the "shared social deception" (systems of believes) in a shared and
accepted system of values.
2 - The confession within the world of deceptions does include synchronically the total delusion of any exchange. The exchange/traduission is
the technology of communication, an "Art of Sedimentation". The deception inherent within the communicative thermionic (as no one has any
insight into the tubular elements, fed or extracted from). The exchange is additionally defined and allegorized to be a transformative and
transmissionary technique. 3 - How do RADICALE MOMENTS can be envisioned in the exchangatory modus? When do they transgress into donation? (Are they supposed to?)
When does the paradoxon originate/ is generated within the transformation? Derrida: "I refer to the example of the donation. The donation is supposed to be the event. It has to manifest itself as to be a surprise by
the other or as a surprise to the other; it has to brake through the circle of economy. To make any donation possible or to achieve any
moment, that makes the event of a donation possible, it first has to announce itself in a certain way to be completely impossible." Wikipedia: The exchange (from exchanging: originally identically/synchronically with deceiving, e.g. to look for the own advantage in sense of any
horse-trade) is colloquially referring to a mutual donation or gesture (one can trade rings, greetings, goods etx.) Deception 1 - Techniques of the deception reach in their main impact deriving as far can from the poles of the self-deception (illusion), via the
communicative deception (the distributing and suppressing of information), furthermore the legal (malicious and astucious) deception up to any
optical, scientific and mental deceptions. 2 - Forms of the deception are self-impictions, habitué, staging, entrapping, infamy*, hand balming, the consciously other and many more. * Foucault writes in his "The Life of the Infamous People": "I found myself to be on the quest for exactly those little elements, whose impact
of energy is the bigger, the smaller and inconspicuous they are." Delusions First positively con-notated with the notion of "to derail out of a deception", "to prove better" (Wikipedia) "De-luding is a tool, an event, similar to the dis-placement. Dis-placement, when features derail, the faux-pas or the incident, when the whole habitués collapses. The infliction starts, when an object, a human is dis-located out of its habitat." (Boris Nieslony) To conquer spaces ... fancies today and within all social frameworks and public settings to occupy territories, that were artificially founded, staged and
set up before. (Boris Nieslony) text: "Die Fabrikanten" http://www.fabrikanten.at translation: Sibyll Kalff
