 Helge Meyer "Schmerz als Bild - Leiden und Selbstverletzung in der Performance Art" ("The Image Is Pain" - An extensive 
Research about Suffering and Self-Inflicted Injuries within the Field of Performance Art") a more then phantastic book/dissertation, 
written by a performance artist friend of mine, more then highly recommended! the print version is only available in german for the time 
being. i translated (in 20 days working nearly "non-stop") the english version, the manuscript is proofread and would be ready for 
publishing in the shortest time. we still look for a publisher, publishing house, being intrigued to publish the english print-version!
